Introducing Botpenny

Botpenny is an Astrohacker project exploring how a person can run a business with a team of AI agents. Give each bot a role, decide what it can access, and set a limit on what it can spend. When a decision needs a person, the workflow should bring that decision back to them.

We started with our own software work. One agent writes an issue, another implements it, and a separate reviewer checks the change before it merges. You can explore that process on the home page. We’ll use this blog to share what we build and what we learn from running it.
